An OTP is sent to the mobile number linked with the Aadhaar record. Once verified, Hypersign retrieves the demographic data live from UIDAI through our licensed Sub-AUA partner, so you get authoritative data without holding your own AUA/KUA licence.

Every Aadhaar card and e-Aadhaar PDF carries a UIDAI-signed secure QR code. Hypersign reads it and verifies the digital signature against UIDAI's public key, no OTP or live UIDAI call required, and no AUA/KUA licence needed on your side.
Biometric Face Match
Match the person in front of the camera to their Aadhaar photo.
The photo returned by Aadhaar, from either OTP or Offline QR, is matched 1:1 against a live selfie with liveness detection in the same step, so a printed photo, screen replay, or someone else's Aadhaar card can't pass as a match.

Licensing, stated plainly: OTP-based Aadhaar eKYC is processed through Hypersign's licensed Sub-AUA partner under UIDAI regulations. Offline Aadhaar (QR/XML) verification is processed under UIDAI's Offline Paperless KYC framework, which does not require an AUA/KUA licence. Aadhaar data is processed and stored in India.
